Help, I am not receiving emails!

The most common reason for not receiving emails is that they are being sent to your spam folder. Be sure to whitelist the '' domain in your email account settings so you will receive our emails.

Make sure you remain opted in to our emails during the program. Opting out will cause you to not receive important notifications on your account.

On the rare occasion, something might be going wrong on your email server end, and you might need to change the email address that you have on file with us. 

If you continue having problems receiving our emails, please contact us at, and we can forward messages you may have missed and update to a new email address on your account.
